Instructions:
Keep ball away from defender using handling techniques.
If defending GK catches or deflects the ball they swap with the GK who lost the ball.

Organization:

Multiple balls
Instructions:
Players try to catch as many serves in a row without dropping any. Keeper with the most consecutive catches wins. Switch after ball is dropped.
Coaching Points:
- 'W' or triangle catching technique: Contour catch
- Basket catch technique
- Get in ball line quickly
- Good set position before ball is served.
- Quick feet to move and get set before service
Progressions/Regressions:
- Keepers are set between two cones. Ball is then served to either side by server. Keeper must step forward and make either basket catch or contour catch before serving ball back to other keeper.

Organization:
Penalty area set up as shown
4 shooters spread across the 18 yard box
1-2 players allocated as players to follow up any rebounds
Instructions:
Goalkeepers on outside take turns shooting on the goal
If the goalkeeper in the goal saves the ball or the ball goes wide then the goalkeeper in goal gets a point
If the goalkeeper concedes a goal,then the goalkeeper w ho shotthe ballreplaces them
Goalkeeper with the most consecutive points wins
Goalkeepers who are shooting can follow up any shots parried within the area

Move quickly in line with the ball
Move down the ball line to close the angle
Get set as the server strikes the ball
Correct diving/handling technique
Catch, parry or deflect
Recover quickly
Progressions:
Vary service - throw, volley, from ground

18 yard box as shown with 2 goals facing
half way line indicated by cones or poles
2 equal teams
lots of soccer balls
Instructions:
GK's try to score on each other.
Players can shoot with any type of service - shot, volley, half volley, throw.
Play continues until a goal is scored. If a goal is scored, the conceding GK quickly swaps out with the next GK on his/her team.
The GK who scored can shoot again at any time and does not have to wait for the next GK to be ready. This ensures all GK's remain focussed.
1 player from each team can be allocated to collect any rebounds from the opposition GK. These players can score if the ball comes to them.
Play continues for a certain amount of time/until all opposition GK's have conceded or up until a certain score.
Coaching Points:
Move quickly in line with the ball
Move down the ball line to close the angle
Get set as the server strikes the ball
Correct diving/handling technique
Catch, parry or deflect
Recover quickly
Progressions:
One type of service/shot only
