Players start 10 yards apart. 1) The players pass and move in the space playing to space not feet. 2.) The person without the ball is the "playmaker" The player with the ball plays it to the play makers feet, the player maker plays the ball to space and directs her teammate. Once the ball is played into space the play makers moves off the ball to receive the next pass. Switch roles after 1 minute.

Dribbling:
- 1 Minute Rounds
- Pair the players into 1v1 with 1 ball per group.
- The Coach will designate which player is on offense first.
- On the Coaches start the play on offense will go through as many gates a possible while the defensive player try to deny them. The offensive player must keep track of how many gates they successfully get through.
- At the end of the 1 minute the player switch roles and now the new offensive player try to win the round by successfully getting through more gates than her teammate did.
- Keep it competitive by playinng for sit-ups
- Pair the players into 1v1 with 1 ball per group.

Ball Control/Awareness:
Groups of 4.
One player on each of the 3 cones. 2 of them have a ball.
Single player on point. This is the working player.
Top plays a ball to the point. Point player receives the ball and plays ball back to open player whom did not have a ball. Remaining top player passes their ball to the point and the point repeats to the next open player.
Continues for 1 min. Rotate.

Be aware of who the open player is.
