Teams line up on opposite ends of the pitch. Split teams into two equal groups and give the first group a ball each.
The first group dribble to the halfway line, stop the ball and then sprint to the line.
The second group then sprint to the ball, take a good first touch and then dribble to the end.
As soon as the balls are back the first group go again; players on a 1:2 work to rest ratio.
Start with 4 repetitions, stopping if the quality (which means the sprint speed) drops.

Two teams line up behind the cone at points A and B.
Each time works one half of the arrow.
One player from each team races against each other.
Players sprint around the outside of each cone before sprinting back to your team.
Progression
Same drill but in a team relay. Players must tag the next person before starting their lap.

Set-up a pitch suitable for a SSG (7v7/8v8).
Split players into two teams.
Teams must have every outfield player in their opponent’s half to score. This forces players to move up and down the field throughout.

Start with two groups of players lined up at points A & B.
Jog gently in line to the opposite end, then run diagonally across each other, with an equal amount of distance between each other.
On each diagonal run, carry out a dynamic movement or side-step facing towards each other.
