Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed when striking the ball in various situations on the pitch. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play perspective.

Organization:
- 20 x 24 or larger depending on size of kids
- Blue will moves laterally against the first 2 cones then get around the center cone with a move.
- Blue player then will dribble towards the rebounder and pass against it.
- Once ball comes back player will go around mannequin and shoot on net.
Progression:
- Must use both feet when gong around cones and mannequin
- Use different moves and part of the foot when making their move
Coaching Points:
- Change of direction & Pace
- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

Organization:
- 15 x 10 or larger depending on number of kids
- each player has a ball.
- objective of drill is for player to strike the ball on net and have it hit the back of the net (mesh). They must learn to raise the ball and hit for power and accuracy
Progression:
- opposite foot
Coaching Points:
- look at the ball
- part of foot
- lock ankle
- placement of leading foot

Organization:
- 20 x 30 area
- 4 cones, Cones 15 yards apart in a Y shape
- 2 small goals and no GK
Instructions:
- A will pass to B
- B passes to C
- A passes to C or D
- C or D recieves and dribbles quickly back to the start OR shoots on goal
Coaching Points;
- Good tempo
- movement off the ball (check away and come to the ball)
- Weight and accuracy of pass
- Direction of first touch
- Angle of support
Progressions:
- non-dominant foot
- change the passing order (A to B to A to C and shot on net)

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind
