Player A - Pass originates from same side. Drifts away and then to, to support pass and create space for Player B to shift into.

Player B - Checks to and then away to create space behind the defender so that he/she can eliminate them on their first touch and play forward. Afterward Player B rotates forward on the left side to become the second attacking center-mid.

Player C - After pass from Player B, Player C supports right winger, and creates space for Player B to rotate forward on the left side.

Central - Double Pass

Player A - Pass originates from same side. Player A checks to, to remove their opponent from the area and then away, to receive a pass from the defender (yellow cone). Once the ball has been received, player A rotates up with the ball to become the second attacking mid.

Player B - Checks away and then to the ball as the defender (yellow cone) receives it. TWO OPTIONS HERE(!)

A. If the opponent follows and applies tight pressure, Player B passes the ball back to the his/her defender, and moves away to expose the opening for Player A to receive it.

B. If the opponent does not follow Player B can open up and face forward.

Player C - As the Player B passes the ball back to the defender (yellow cone), Player C shifts to create space for Player A as he/she rotates up to become the second attacking center-mid and receive the ball.

Switching the Point of Attack

Player A - Pass originates from same side. Player A checks to, to remove their opponent from the area and then away, to be a supporting option for Player C. IF SWITCH IS ON PLAYER C WILL PLAY TO PLAYER B, if not Player C has the option to play Player A.

Player B - Checks away and then to the ball as the defender (yellow cone) receives it. TWO OPTIONS HERE(!)

A. If the opponent follows and applies tight pressure, Player B passes the ball back to the his/her defender, and moves away to expose the opening for Player C to receive it.

B. If the opponent does not follow Player B can open up and face forward.

Player C - As the Player B passes the ball back to the defender (yellow cone), Player C looks to receive the ball, as a target to play back for Player A or B depending on the oppositions movement.
