Set Up
Quarter field split into three. Goal at each end.
Rules and Conditions
Blue team to possess the ball and keep it away from Yellow. Yellow to try and win the ball and score. Players to stay in their areas to begin with.
Progression
Blue Team players can cross over one line but player numbers must remian the same (2:3:2). This means that if a player drop into a new area, a player from that area should take their place.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
