Back 4 defending the box , crossing from different markers dropping and squeezing on the clearance coming out on the side of the ball , Coach on the other side of the pitch holding up different markers so defenders have to open up there body to see both . move on to cut backs getting out to block shots on goal not turning your back and putting your body on the line .
