This practice covers transitioning the ball from defense to offense as well as switching the ball to gain numbers up on offense.

1. Set up 2 fields of 30 x 30 yds of 4 v 4 + 2 Ns. (one field shown)
2. Blue and red play 4 v 4 and yellow players are neutral andawys on offense.
3. To score, players must dribble the ball over the line.
4. Play 7 minute games and switch neutrals and players on the other team.
Emphasize switchig the ball quickly and pressing forward when the ball is stolen.

1. Split players into two equal teams.
2. Coach serves the ball from the middle and each team sends 3 players out. If the shot is made, the turn is over. If a shot is taken and missed, both teams run back to their goal line, touch, then run back to the field and play another ball. This continues until a team scores or for 2 minutes, which ever is first. First team to 10 wins.

1. Players play 8 v 8, including keepers, plus 2 neutrals on half field. Neutrals are always on offense.
2. If the players pass the ball to another player through the flags on the outside, it is worth two points.
3. If the players score in the goal it is worth 1 point.
Emphasizes: switching the ball and playing it forward up the flanks.

warm ups (25 mins)
1. Players run 2 laps around the field and then partner pass 2 more laps around the field.
2. Players perform different warm ups through the grid in groups of 4.
3. Grid movements include: sprinting, backpedaling,weaving, yo yos, sprinting and circling each cone, cone hops, shuffling. After performing movements, playes jog back to the lines on the outside. Players perform each sequence five times.
