Organization:
Set up 4 lanes on a quarter ptich using cones, 4 players per lane
Players should start from each end, one with the ball and one without
Activity:
Player 1 passes ball to Attacker 2. Player 3 prevents Attacker from dribbling across the line.
Progression 1: Attacker 4 joins to form a 2v1
Progression 2: Defender 3 joins (Attacker 4 does not) to makes 1v2
Progression 3: 2v2
Coaching Points:
Fast approach by defender, slowing down 3 feet away from attacker
Take up the defensive stance
Jockeying to delay
Eyes on th e ball
Don't jumo in, wait for the attacker to make a mistake

Organization:
Set up 2 rectangles on a quarter pitch, 8 players per grid
Team 1 plays Team 2 in a possession game
Activity:
The defending team's role is to gain possession, by breaking up the diamond shape of the attackers to regain possession
For every change in possession the defending team wins a point
Coaching Points:
Fast approach by defender, slowing down 3 feet away from attacker
Take up the defensive stance
