Arcade (15 mins)

Essence:

Be quicker than the opposing team without losing the ball.

Structure:

Set up twice. One team on the left, other team on the right. There is only one ball in the game for each team. Red player starts with a ball and dribbles through the pinball machine. When finished, the player passes the ball through the white gate to the white player. The white player dribbles the ball underneath the hurdle, while jumping over it. Player passes the ball through the blue gate to the blue player. The blue player makes a turn by standing in the hoop with the ball outside. Then, the player passes the ball through the yellow gate to the yellow player. The yellow player slaloms through the players (poles) and scores. The first team to do so wins. Repeat with every player starting at a different station.

Variations:

- Start with two balls (one ball at red station, other at blue station)

- At the red station: backwards

- At the white station: lift the ball over the hurdle instead of ball underneath the hurdle

- At the blue station: backhand turn, juggle inside the hoop

- At the yellow station: backwards
