Progressive 3v1
Set-Up: 3 grids (A, B, C) each approximately 10x10
Grid A has a 3v1, Grid B a 2v1 and Grid C a target player
Play starts in grid A. After 3 passes, the attacking team attempts a penetrating pass into grid B. One attacking player from grid A may join grid B to support the attack. Once in grid B, the team attempts to find the targe in grid C.
If the defenders win the ball, they play to the coach outside the grid.
After a successful transition, players move to "re-set" the game in grid C with a 3v1, moving towards grid A.
Alternate options: 3v2 in Grid A. 2v2 in Grid B.
