J Pattern
Line 1
Player will check to the cone to receive a pass. Once they receive, they have the option to pass to the player from Line 2 or Line 3, or they can go it alone. If they decide to take a shot, I want them to attack the agility poles, using a scissors to push the ball into space and then have a shot. If they pass to the corner, I want them to make a back post run.
Line 2
Player will pass to Line 1 player at the cone and then make an overlapping run, calling "Overlap!" If Player 1 decides to pass it into the corner, Player 2 should make an effort to receive either by taking a touch with their left foot toward the goal or with their right foot using an outside cut and then play the ball into the penalty area.
Line 3
Player will go through the ladder using the scissors pattern. Then, they will go to goal at an angle. If they recceive the pass from Player 1, they are free to have a shot. If the ball is crossed in, I want this player to check to the penalty spot to receive a negative ball.
Regardless of the decision Player 1 makes, all three lines must go! Off-ball movement moves defenders!
Key Points
High workrate! Next group should begin directly after the shot.
It's alright to make a slow pass or mess up a skill. Just keep moving.
Focus on every touch.

2v1 Overlap
Service will come from the defender. The receiving player will pass to her teammate and then make an overlapping run. The player can now decide whether to take it alone or feed the overlap. I will choose one of the attackers to become the defender in the next round.

The game is soccer. Goals scored involving an overlapping run count as two. Loser picks everything up.
