Final game, distance can be adjusted based on numbers and ability.
Keep the numbers small if you can do 2 games side by side of 3v3 and have a round robin that would be ideal...
15 minute games play each team once and winner doesnt have to pick up gear at the end.
3 points for a win 1 for a tie and nothing for a loss

Technical Warm-up - Popcorn Passing 6 minute blocks.
Set up: 2 cones 20 yards apart with 2 poles creating a gate 10 yards apart in the middle. 6-8 players each station. Emphasis 2 movements when receiving a pass: first movement is to take defender away, and then the second to receive the pass.
Progressions:
1.) Player passes across to teammate. The player receiving the ball must control it with the inside of their foot and play back with the same foot (emphasis taking that touch outside of their body and out from underneath them - should be playing in 2 touches). Players should follow their pass afterwards.
2.) Players continue to receive with the inside of their feet. The return pass should be with opposite foot (first touch should be a positive diagonal touch across their body).
3.) Players now receive the ball with the bottom of the foot and manipulate it left or right before returning the pass to their teammates.
