Corner 1 (5 mins)
Description
- Defending corner focus
- Bartek will be placed on the front post
- Paps will be placed to man mark the player pressing the goalkeeper
- The 3 players zonalling defending the 6 yard line will be; Nathan, Dallas and Kyan
- The 3 players who will man mark the rest of the players are Knowledge, Taty and Sean
- Sem will be at the front line to prevent a ball played across the floor into the box and to support for short passes made
- Seyoum will wait high up the pitch to break on a counter attack at the opposition, with support from nearest players to him

Description
- 10 players in each 15 x 15 yard box, 5 yards inbetween each box
- Players will be instructed to move around the area to conduct a number of dynamic stretches
- To make the warm up engaging a game of "Foxes and Rabbits" will be played; this game is usually done with younger age groups but can also be used with the age group of U19s to work on their social side alongside their ABCs and SAQ.
- Static stretches must be done before players attampt to increase their sprint speed or decide to accelerate from someone chasing them to prevent injuries which is common in our squad
