Adjust the pass distance for the age!
-A teammate can also pass the ball and the player in the middle will control and pass into a goal.
-The player passing can also determine which net to pass into.

Instructions:
-Player will go to a gate and then shoot at the net (Shoot with the instep)
-Two points for the corners and one point for the middle
Coaching Points:
(using the same part from passing, now increase power for instep shooting)
- Use instep to place the ball in the corners
- Focus on non-striking foot and balancing
- Part of foot when contacting the ball to produce the curve on the shot and follow through

Relay races and adjust the turns and and moves as you want.
- In the longer distance, the player should Run With Ball by taking longer touches while still being close to it. - Dribble and keep small touches in the shorder distance
