RWB & 1v1 to Gates (15 min)
Set-up: Inside grid set up a number of gates
Exercise: Players must try and score as many goals in a set time. No teams, every player on their own. 1v1. Start with players passing into gates and advance to players dribble through gates and players juggling through gates.

Expanded small sided activity (15min)
Blue player shoots the ball. GK plays ball into either one of the three red players. Red must score thru gates before scoring on small goals.
CP's- Planted foot, hips and shoulders facing target, make good contact with laces on center of ball. On possession constant movement, creativity on and off ball, communicate, think of options before the ball comes to you

Final Activity 7v7 in Half field to big goals (if possible)

CP's- High intensity, think 2-3 plays ahead, sharp passing, receiving and moving. Play FWD as fast as possible,be patient on posession to penetrate when possible, shoot from different angles.

1 group works on ladder and agility course with ball, emphasis in aerobic power
Passing and receving A plays to B, B plays back to A, A goes long to C, repeat pattern for 1min
groups work for 3 min with 1min of core work inbetween transition.
CP's- Sharp passing and receving, keep foucs and intensity high, work on ball mastery.
