Flower to Angled Shot (10 mins)
Basic Flower - set up diamond shape of cones
- GK starts in to middle of diamond
- GK footwork around each of the four cones (change pattern each time)
- GK sets in middle for server to strike volley
After volley from Flower, move to wide area for strike
CPs: Quick feet, balanced set, steady, reaction

Trapezoid (15 mins)
Lay out cones in trapezoid fashion as shown
GK starts in middle blue, shuffles one side then next
GK moves forward in front of middle blue cone for volley
Variations: Green lines - GK starts at deep blue cone, drop step across to far red, back to middle blue
BE CREATIVE!!
CPs - quick footwork, balance set position, athletic transitions

Trapezoid Modified (20 mins)
Set up trapezoid shape as shown above - make size appropriate for age and level (as well as amount of footwork and movement desired)
Three servers and one worker
GK progresses out to server 1 for first volley - saves and returns
GK works back to start point on line, then out to server 2 for volley - saves and returns
GK works back to start point on line, then out to server 3 for volley
Repeat as desired
Variations - All services from the deck, have GKs dive on particular service (especially at the sides), GK footwork to backset before volley, adjust angles and distances of servers, bounce in service to sides
CPs: Quick footwork, balanced in set, hands out if catching, dive on positive angles, weight forward (shoulders over knees over toes)

Yellow GK starts in the middle of the diamond of cones (flower).
GK works around each of the cones in a pattern they choose (or randomly), hips facing the field.
Once around all cones, GK gets back to the middle into a set position. Server vollies. Repeat but change the pattern of footwork each time.
CPs: Sharp feet, small steps, aggressive set position. Mental strength.
