Diving Technique 1 (20 minutes)
Equipment: 6 balls, 24 small cones
ORGANIZATION:
Pattern 1 to 2 to 3
1. Goalkeeper from a set position dives to his left side on the groud (other goalkeeper tosses the ball on the groud to him fast pace) goalkeeper tosses ball back and returns to a set positon. From the set position goalkeeper dives to the right side in the air (other goalkeeper tosses ball in the air fast pace). Goalkeeper returns ball back and returns to a set position.Dive each side 3 times them switch with another goalkeeper. 3 sets each
2. Goalkeeper from a set position moves to the left side and receives a shot on the ground low and hard. Goalkeeper tosses ball back and returns to a set positon. From the set position goalkeeper moves to the right side and catches a head height hard shot. Goalkeeper tosses ball back and returns to a set positon. Dive each side 3 times them switch with another goalkeeper. 3 sets each.
3. Goalkeeper from a set position moves to the left side and receives a scoop catch hard shot. Goalkeeper tosses ball back and returns to a set positon. From the set position goalkeeper moves to the right side and catches a high catch toss. Goalkeeper tosses ball back and returns to a set positon. 3 sets each.
COACHES POINTS:
- Concentrate on technique (catching and landing)
- Move those feet/be fast
- Anticipate the shot
- Have confidence
- Catch the ball/strong hands

Diving Technique 2 (20-25 minutes)
Equipment: 9 balls, 6 small cones, 3 large cones
ORGANIZATION:
Pattern:1 to 2 to 3
1. Starting from a set position in the middle of the net, the goalkeeper runs to #1 turns around gets set and then ask to turn around and a shot. Goalkeeper gets up, runs to the middle of the net, and then runs to #2 turns around gets set and then ask to turn around and a shot. player gets up runs to the middle of the net and then runs to #3 turns around gets set and then ask to turn around and a shot.
Each goalkeeper does 9 shots without stoping. 3 sets each
COACHES POINTS:
- work on your reflexes and dont be afraid of the shot
- Move fast
- Have confidence
- Quick hands
-No goals allow

Goalkeeper coming out and distrubution (20 minutes)
Equipment: 8 balls, 2 small cones
ORGANIZATION:
Pattern:1 to 2 to 3
1. Start with one side first and alternate. Starting from the middle of the goal #1 come out and catch the the ball from the cross at the highest point #2, if possible.
2. After catching the ball, move up #3 and send a long ball to the shaded areas. Each goalkeeper should catch 8 balls an then switch. 3 sets per goalkeeper.
COACHES POINTS:
- Don't be afraid to come out
-Protect yourself with your knees when comming out
- Trust yourself
- Try catching the ball at the highest point
- Time the ball/make sure it doesnt go over you
- Work on the precision of your long pass

ORGANIZATION:
11 vs 11
Duration: 2x15 minutes
COACHES POINTS:
- Apply what you learn in practice
- Always be ready to come out and attack the ball
- Work on your distribution with long balls
- Communicate with your back line

Duration: 10 minutes
1. Do a Light jogging from one corner kick all the way to the goalnet.
2. After the jog, do a 5 minutes to stretch

Goalkeeper Dynamic Warm-up
Warm-up Phase (15-20 minutes)
Equipment: small cones, small hurdles, poles
ORGANIZATION:
Pattern:1 to 2 to 3, after going over each station 3x then head over to 4 to 5
1: Goalkeeper jogs doing a different dynamic exercise every time (high knees, side to side, 60% sprint)
2: Goalkeeper jumps over the hundles with both legs
3: Goalkeeper runs forward then bakcwards in between the poles
4. Goalkeeper jogs from cone to cone for 3 minutes
5. Goalkeeper individually stretch in a circle 4 minutes
COACHES POINTS:
-Demand proper fucntional movements
-Keep moving at all times
- Stretch properly to reduce injuries
- Quick feet, quick feet
- Keep the exercise flowing without stoping for a better warm-up
