A - Receive behind shooting line and with first touch place into shooting zone. Second touch is shot or firm pass with Right foot.
B - Shot is with first touch only (either foot).
C - Receive behind shooting line and with first touch place ball into shooting zone. Second touch is shot/firm pass with Left foot.
Coaching Points:
1.Good body shape, ready to receive with heel down, toe up.
2.Positive first touch using proper weight.
3.Release shot quickly getting knee and head over ball in order to explode through ball and land onto striking foot.

Coaching Points:
1.Positive first touch.
2.Change direction and then change speed (slow to explosive).
3.Quality of finish (accuracy and power), make the goalkeeper work.
