Part 1 warm up

Working in 4 channels

Player A starts with ball looking for movement of player B off of mannequin who recieves the ball with an open body shape, taking a touch on the back foot and passing to player C

Player C takes a touch (or touches) across the cone to enter the next channel- illustrated by red line- before passing to player B in the next channel- the action is then repeated until reaching player C who dribbles back to beginning.

Everyone follows pass.

Direction of touch

Body shape when receiving the pass

Recieve ball on back foot in middle section

Part 2 advance

Player B makes movement off of mannequin, before laying the ball first time back to Player A who plays a longer pass to player C

After laying off player B makes a movement (Blue line) to recieve a lay off from player C, then playing a pass into next channel for the action to be repeated in next channel

COACHING POINTS

Disguised, curved movements to lose defenders

Sharp passing

One touch where possible then change with condition of must take two touches to test players
