30 yard COD Shuttle (10 mins)
Set Up:
Cones 5 yards apart for 30 yards alternating colors.
Objective:
Slow down and change direction
Time:
5 - 10 Mins, 4 - 6 reps
How:
Athlete starts at the red cone. Sprints to the next red cone and slows down into a squat position and backpedels to the blue cone. This process repeats until they finish the shuttle. Can be done with a laterel movement back instead of a backpedel.

Short steps to slow down
Low center of gravitiy to slow down and change direction
Lean forward to accelerate
Plant foot and push ground away
