Players will work for 6 minutes straight with a 1 minute recovery and then another 6 minutes. active recovery inbetween runs.
Players will dribble through gates at a recovery pace between runs...the idea is to work in 1 minute intervals.
the distance of the run should be covered in 15-20 seconds thus allowing 40 seconds of active recovery on the ball, every start of the minute the coach blows the whistle and the players leave their ball and sprint to the halfline and back at full speed once they return they have the remainder of the minute as recovery. they repeat 6 times...After the first 6 minute block the same exercise is repeated only this time they cover the ground on the sprint with the ball.

Relays no ball, working on movement
Players will be in groups of 3 the idea is the players will be asked to get through an agility exercise, upon reaching the top there will be 2 cones with a ball resting in balance on top of one of them, the players need to transfer the ball to the other cone and balance it, once this is completed they sprint back through the agility and tag their partner to go. The players keep transferring the ball back and forth between the 2 cones...the coach at this station should make it a competition and go through a variety of movements through the agility ( Backwards, Forwards, sideways,) a ball may be added toward the end but the idea os to cover all their athletic movements without the ball first.
