Playing Out of the Back- Each position player shifts towards the ball, positions himself to be the best option for the player with the ball, and looks for the overlapping run. Passing patterns will vary, but the focus is keeping the field big with our wide players, changing the point of attack and respecting the overlapping run.
Objective- Players will keep possession and build an attack out of the back. Outside backs will overlap wingers as an option to push numbers forward.

Offense vs Defense: Keeping possesion while being presses high. Defense tries to combine to find the target forward.
1.) 8v4 Transition to a 6v6 if Red wins the ball.
2.) The two Red holding mids move forward to join the attack only if Red wins the ball. They can then go to goal.
3.) Blue wingers participate in possession but not in defending.
Objective- Players will find ways to get out of pressure on their defensive third of the field, but transition to defending when they lose possession.
