Warm Up Variation 2 (15 mins)

DRILL 1 (2 mins)

Split into two equal groups (one each behind SP1).

One Player from each group starts at same time. Forward run to first cone, dynamic movement towards each other (so they pass each other), forward run to next cone and repeat. At the end, peel off recovery run back to end of line.

DYNAMIC STRETCH (2 mins)

DRILL 2 (6 mins)

Player at SP1 dribbles to P2. P2 knocks ball to the left of cone and dribbles to P3. Repeat. P8 receives ball and attack dribbles through agility poles, plays short pass to P9 who lays off for P8 to shoot. Each Player moves up one place on the grid.

NOTE:

GK's to alternate shot for shot.

Round 1 Dribbling (3 mins) - right foot shooting

Round 2 Short Pass (3 mins) - left foot shooting
