Description

-Players work in groups of six, withthree players at each end of the set up.


-Play beginsbytheoppositeplayer dropping in between the two mannequins, before coming wide to requestreceiving the ball.


-The passer then must play the ballthrough the mannequins, for the runner to receive.


-Ball played to the end, with theoriginal passer becoming the runner, for the new passer.

Progressions:

-When runner drops wide, play tofeet for the pass to go to the straight run of the passer.

-Allow the runner to decide whatkind of ball they want to receive to allow decisions.
