Technique
4 players on the outside of a 12x12 grid. Player A passes to Player B. Player B plays diagonal pass to Player C who then passes to Player D. Pattern continues. Player A and Player B changes places after executing their passes. Same with Player C and Player D.
Coaching Points:
1) Player should open up and receive the pass with their back foot
2) Player should try to pass the ball with the same foot that received the ball
3) Pass the ball firm with tempo
4) Progress by having player check away and arrive to receive the pass
