Multi Rondo
Description
3 players need to keep the ball away from the Def (Yellow). Every time the ball goes out of the area or is won back by the Def then the Def changes.
Coaching Points
Encourage the Players to be creative and confident on the ball. show how you pass i.e inside foot etc. Encourage to Protect the ball (Body inbetween player and ball) and movement (Find Space)

Recieving on back foot
Description
Players stand approx 10 yards apart. Pass the ball to their team mate. Team mate needs to recieve the ball on their back foot, turn and dribble around the cone and pass back.
Coaching Points
Side foot pass, Recieve with wide hips and take the weight off the ball, drive towards the cone,turn and drive back

Reactions
Description
Players each have a ball and stand back to back with a bib tucked down the back of their shorts (tail). When the coach calls a colour the players need to get the ball there without losing their tail. Defenders (Chasers) leave their ball where it is and try and get their partners tail.
Coaching Points
Not big kicks as dribbling. Make sure you are always ready.
If going ok don't shout a colour and just hold up a coloured cone.

How does the player recieve the ball i.e Back foot etc
Make sure the player is looking up when dribbling.
If Striving then add a defender for the players to beat so it becomes a 2v1

Keep ball
Description
Oranges need to keep the ball away from the defenders.
They need to play a pass into the middle before or on 5 passes
2 defenders in the middle to encourage the ATT to keep moving into space.
Coaching points
Encourage movement - Feints to create space for yourself. Moving into space to create space for a team mate.

2.If Def wins the ball back then Att carries on without a ball and then needs to help his/her team mates.
3. If Att runs out of play or loses control then they lose their ball.

Focus is on the Def. Get them working together. Explain about Hunting in pairs or trios to win the ball back. Bodyshape (Nice and low, Soft knees i.e boxing/surfing stance), be patient and don't Dive in
