Organisation: Remains same as previous box of 8yds x8yds make larger if necessary
4 players per grid
1 ball between 4 keep extra balls near outside of grid
Duration: 10 mins
Instructions: Player with ball (A) dribbles towards opposite player (b) then passes the ball to that player, b controls ball and waits for player A to move again before passing player a receives the ball and dribbles towards another player passes the ball and repeats process to the third player.
After Player A receives the ball from the last player, he dribbles back to his starting position and passes the ball to a teammate for them to begin the same process.
1 repetition is when all players have completed task.

CP: players push the ball using the inside of their foot through the middle of the ball
Standing foot is near but behind the ball
Passing foot lands forward ,knees and chest are over the ball when passing and dribbling

Duration: 10 mins
3v1 endline game
One end player begins to attack the other endline player, with the 2 supporting side players. (Support players can only pass the ball after controlling the ball, No dribbling. 2-3 touch only, 2nd or 3rd touch must be a pass.)
The other endline player tries to stop his opponent from crossing the endline if successful that player may now attack its opponents endline.
Once a point is scored the 2 supporting players attack each other from their endlines and the other 2 players become supporting players.( attacking player is first to bring a new ball in to play.)
CP: Encourage 1v1 players to dribble , pass only when deemed necessary. Correct technical mistakes (ie pace of pass, Ball control (keeping ball in playing area) body posture when passing and dribbling.

Organisation: 4v4 match 20yds X 16 yds field, 8 cones to make four goals in the corner at angles, to make goals set 2 cones 1 yard apart
Duration: 20 mins, (3) 6 minute games, 1 minute water break in between games
Rules: To score a point a team must dribble or pass the ball through the goals, to score 4 points a team must complete 6 passes continuously
Game restarts by a dribble in or pass in, when a goal is scored or the ball goes out of bounce.
CP: Encourage passing but also praise the individual creativeness, Keep a ball in hand to throw on field once a ball goes way out of play.

Organisation: 20 x 20yds field with 4 corner grids measuring 8yds x 8yds as illustrated.
12-16 players per field, 3-4 per small box, 1 ball per person
Groups select a leader who will trigger the group to dribble into the next grid once their task is completed
Movement of groups round training area (eg. clockwise, diagonally, counterclockwise is determined by coach
Duration: 10 mins
Instructions: Each grid has a designated task for players to perform (eg. stepovers, inside hook turn, outside hook turn, pull back.
Start with toe taps or bells push ball forward and perform activity (ie. inside cuts) then repeat process, 30 seconds then dribble to new grid
1 set = 2 minutes, Do 3 sets
Dynamic stretching between sets and after last set
CP: Players should be able to perform the move 6 times within the 30 seconds,
Knees bent chest over the ball, Work at pace.
Common mistakes: knees are not bent, players bottom not projected to the ground, On step over moves players do not step over the ball they go around the ball (scissors move)
On pull backs players jump over/top of the ball and stop ball with bottom of feet instead of pulling/dragging ball back with bottom of their feet.
