Players team up in pairs and run around passing through goals can not use the same goal back to back

Line up players facing their partners,
One partner tosses the ball in the air at their partner
Receiver to take one touch, and pass it back
Do this 5-10 times and change roles
Variation. No control touch. One touch pass back to their partner!!!!

Start with ball in the middle. Call out 2 opposing players by name
They charge for the ball, and try to score in their opponents net.
Start 1 v 1 and move to 2 v 2 and 3 v 3
