Organization:
4v4+4 possession in a 35x35 space.Play 3 mins, rest 2 mins X 5 blocks. Two teams play in possession vs the fourdefenders (8v4). Space divided into four quadrants. If defending team wins theball, they are now in possession.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
If possession team of 8 makes 5passes in a quadrant, defending 4 have to stay in the defending moment twice ina row. The three teams will be – team of defenders, team of mids,team of forwards.
