GK Starts on Orange cone
Coach can call one of the 3 cones
GK to start on Orange cone.
2 at red - facing away. object to score through red goal
3 at Yellow - take a touch away from cones and strike at goal
4 at Green - heavy touch towards green goal
RED (Block)- GK to run and get into Block shape to prevent shooter scoring.
(Depending on age range of GKs use a foam football for this part.)
GREEN (Smother)- GK reacts to the heavy touch from Server and has to stop ball getting to green goals.
Server to run in after the ball to help make the save game realistic.
YELLOW (shot) - this is too test GK positioning - Shooter to take a touch L/R of the cones and shoot at goal.

Using Spread to block the ball
1 - Volley to GK
GK then distributes to 2
2 - Puts in a cutback into central area for 1 and 3 to take a 1st time shot

Spread- hands and body forward, heel on floor, hips low, back leg covering back post

Players cannot enter the dead zone (Shaded area) until there is a through ball
GK will have to focus on the decision whether they can win the 60/40 battle
