Large Circle - 4v4+4 (midblock)
Rules the team in possession can use the neutral players outside the circle to try and keep possession.
Every time the middle player receives the ball from the neutral player outsidethe circle can they perform a turn of touch away from pressure to earn a point.
Rotate the players outside the circle into the middle and the ones inside to become the Neutral players.
(Based on Observation) Progression - limited touch's from the outside players, the amount of passes for a point.
Regression - 8 v 4 game team take turns defending.

A regular game to begin.
Progressions -
(1) - Players that can turn inside the circle earn a point, Players that can take there first touch outside the circle earn a point.
(2) The ball must go through the Circle,
(3) Limited players in the circle at one time.

Centre Circle.Players in the middle - (1) receive the ball from the outside players. (2) Performance a first touch which takes you into space (3) Find a open target player. (4) Lay off and find a new ball.
Do this 10 times then players in the middle switch with outside players
The objective is to challenge the players first touch to take them forward.
Key points - Scanning, Soft first touch, Body angle, Skillful Turn.
Progression - The introduction of a Turn, the emphasis on speed, different parts of the body chest control.
Regression - the rotation of the middle to the outside.
