Warm up - Figure of 8 (10 mins)

Figure of 8 Warm Up

Always facing forward, players do a figure of 8 on the first two cones and then forward runs through next three cone gates

P1 - change around 45 degrees, so players do the same drill facng left, right and backwards to complete

P2 - last one where the players must run vertically up and back down and across the last three cones to complete

P3 - next player goes when first cone complete, can you catch the player in front
