Practice Organisation:
*Two squares set up one square inside the other.
*Players stand on a pole in the middle, and everyone else on the outside.
*Player A passes the ball into Player B, he sets the ball to Player C, who plays the ball out to Player D. The is a continious practice and the pattern follows.
Progressions:
1. Add in a second football.

*3pts for goals scored in wide goals, 1pt scored for goal in central area
*Encouraging players to switch the ball
Learning Objectives
1. Recycle ball when cannot go forward.

Set Up
Pitch size 21 x 15. Pitch was split into thirds with the middle third being the shooting zone.
The blue team starts at the opposite end to the red team. The blue player passes into the red player. The red player attacks and attempts to shoot in the middle zone. The blue player attempts to win possession or block the shot.
Progressions
1. When the defender wins possession or blocks the shot and the ball is still in play, he can attack the opposite goal and score from anywhere on the pitch.

- To get in line with the ball and goal

Tactical
- Try to identify when to win possession

- Acceleration/Deceleration, pressure the ball

*20x20yd area with 3 balls on cones 6yds apart 2yds from each end line.
*Coach on the side with a supply of balls.
*Two teams lined up along side coach.
*Practice starts with: Coach passes ball onto area, and calls out a number, that number of players from each team enters the area.
*If ball leaves area: players quickly come off pitch another ball is put in play and coach calls out a number for another set of players to enter.
Learning Objectives:
1. To improve speed and finishing.
2. First touch into space/away from opponent.
3. Change of direction to get away from opponent.
