Warm Up (10 mins)
Organisation
Group of 6 players - 3 players each side
1 Ball
2 Cones
1. The warm up starts with player 1 running to the players on the other side with the ball
2. Player 1 will stop the ball in front of player 2 on the other side
3. Player 2 will then travel with the ball to other side while player 2 attempts to recover the ball.
4. This is then repeated with the player who travelled with the ball to the other side becoming the recovery runner once they reach the other side
This is repeated for 1 minute with 20-30 second breaks in between.
The aim is for short sprints from the player travelling with the ball and the players trying to recover winning the ball back from the player.
