Equipment
Balls - Goals - Hurdles - Poles - Cones
station 1 - Sprint towards hurdles hop with 2 feet (Vairy activity over hurdles) over hurdles then through poles. Then walk to station 2 (small recovery period)
Station 2 - Get on ball drive towards manequinn drop shoulder left drive through right ( Do right then left also add in step over or other trick ) get shot off at unattended goal.- Then walk towards station 3.
Station 3 - Side step through agility hurdles (Mix activity) get on ball dribble through poles then drive towards cone after cone maximum 4 touches before shot. Cant enter box too shot.

Organisation
Players work in a group of three.
Cones are placed to mark the players' starting positions.
5 mannequins or poles are also placed in front of the penalty box as shown. Distances of the cones and mannequins must be considered and created age appropriate.
Players change their positions after the exercises.
Player A begins the soccer drill by dribbling the ball towards the mannequin in frontof him. He performs a quick feint and shoots on goal. After the shooting, Player B dribbles and performs a quick one-two pass with the help of Player A. At the end of this action Player B shoots on goal. Player C passes the ball to the approaching Player A, who dribbles the ball to open the passing channel and performs a penetrating pass in front of Player C. Player C curves the ball inside and Player A and B try to score in the box directly.

Shielding & Turning out of Pressure (15 mins)
Objectives:
Improve attackers ability to shield ball without reducing their field vision, twist & turn out of pressure, spot and connect wtih the nearest free man - open teammate)
AREA 25 X 25
Exercise:
1 min. bouts of 1v1 duels in confined space. Two teams of players competing 1v1. 3rd team rests and supports.
SCORING
Attacking player receive ball from bumper player, shield, eyes up, turn defender, pass to free bumper on one of the other sides of the space. Receive a ball from a new bumper player. 1 point for 90 degree turn and successful pass to free bumper. 3 points for 180 degree turn and successful pass to free man.
Defending player is awarded 1 point for winning the ball and making a successful pass to a free bumper.
Shielding & Turning Coaching Points:
01) Bend knees, both feet on ground
02) Side on body position to keep defender away from ball
03)Extend stiff arm to keep defender even further away from ball
Defensive Coaching Points:
01) Immediate pressure on the ball, shepherd toward a line.
02) Stay low, see the ball, one hand check, look to poke or block tackle.
03) Weight balanced evenly on both feet.
04) Side-on body position, corral attacker one way as you close him down.
