Session Objective: In this session I want my team to build up play from the back in order to attack.
People: 22
Equipment: balls, bibs, poles, markers
Environment: School ground. The pitch was good but not marked
Main Moment: Attacking
What: Build up from the back in order to attack
Who: Goalkeeper, central defenders, fullbacks, outside midfielders, central midfielders
When: When the goalkeeper gets the ball
Where: In the goalkeepers box
Why: In order to not loose possession and to make a constructive attack
Evaluation: The session went on well. The coaching process was followed. The session showed improvement in players behaviour towards the session. The objective was evident to a certain level and there is a room for improvement by me. The field geography allowed players to perform and make an impact. I feel more time spent on this session will bring improvement to individual players and the team as a whole.
