Box Drill

All exercises Make 2 lines to compete against eachother. There will be 3 different agility exercises so 6 total lines. someone else in line will say go, 2 players compete and loser has 10 standing squats every time they lose. Each players will race 5 times in each exercise, then rotate groups so all players will have 5 races in each exercise.

Box Drill

This is exercise one. A- sprint forward, B- side shuffle, C- back pedal, and D- side shuffle Always face forward. Box is 10x10 yrds.

Cones made into a star shape, 7 yrds apart. 2 players race they must touch each cone with their hand, sprinting in and out on each side. 5 races, losers have 10 standing squats. Another player in line says go.

Players face eachother hands on knees and knees bent, middle cone between legs. On another players "go" they sprint 5 yds to top cone touch it, sprint across 10 yrds to bottom cone and then sprint past the middle cone again. 5 races Loser has 10 standing squats.
