Method:
Defending 4-1-2-3
2 cb and holding midfield cover the back line gives the full backs a chance to press anything coming down there wing with ample cover inside.
2 wingers are a little narrow to try stop the press through the middle and hopefully force ballyhaunis to go long which we have cover in the middle or to play out to the full backs which wingers should b able to press.
Lone striker for us presses the ball and returns to centre each time they play ball to keeper.
When the opposition switch the ball left to right or vice versa we move across as a team. Each time we move across we step forward and force ballyhaunis to make a mistake or put the ball out aimlessly.

Ball starts with keeper. All out from the back. Keeper has 6 options to play out so all players b alert. Keeper can go short to to cb the 7 drops to give an option can go long to either full backs or either winger.
The shape as u see it is how we set up on our kick out its vital we get into this shape quick use the width of the pitch and make it long to pull opposition apart. Use one or 2 touches move ball quick and it's very easy to open teams up.
Aim is to get ball forward as quick as possible breaking the lines of opposition and not letting them set.
