1v1 to goal
White team attack the goal - when the orange player wins the ball the resting orange comes into play - encourage the defeder to play forward as soon as they win possession.
White play must try to recover.
If the white player wins the ball back the resting white player can join in the game.

White team start with the ball and attack the goal
When the orange team win the ball the 3rd resting player joins the attack and the resting white defender joins the game - Encourage the two orange players to make forward runs to join the 1v1
PLAY UNITL A COUNTER ATTACK IS OVER AND RESTART THE EXERCISE.
Rotate orange and white so every player starts in each position.
