Players are instructed to use both feet when dribbling in the grey shaded area.
Players are instructed to maximise touches and to keep a count.

Defenders pass the ball to the dribbling attackers and initially shadow the attacker. Dribbling attackers must change direction and change speed to evade the defender and get a shot away. This introduces decision making to both attackers and defenders.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression: defender initially shadows but then is instructed to challenge for the ball.
Progression: Defender wins ball can become attacker
Regression: No defender, just beat the GK.
Progression: .2 v 1 attack, 2 v 2
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Beating defender and getting shot away = 1 point, 2 points for scoring. Captains keep score.
Defenders get points for successful tackles; bonus point if the defender scores past keeper.
Mechanics:
4. Change of Pace
5. Change of Direction

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Competition: most points in a given time.
