The Session Details
4 v 4 + 3 common player 2 outside 1 in the middle.
4 x BLUE players are inside the box to start off with are locked in to their half as shown, 4 x RED players are outside and try and play through the opposition and score by transferring the ball from one end yellow player to the other, the inside common player can move to any area within the box. If they are successful they can maintain possession of the ball. When they lose the ball there will be a quick transition where the BLUE and the RED team switch positions.

Conditions, Challenges and Targets
1. Goal for every time you switch from one end player to the other
2. Two touch for common players
3. If you lose the ball can they win it back in 5 sec
4. Players can move anywhere within the box.
5. Extra point for a switch from one outside common player to the other, but must retail possession using two touch.

Offensively we are looking to maintain possession, by attracting opposition to create space, break lines, up back and through, third man running positional width and depth and movement to open up passing lines.
Defensively transition from attack to defence, closing the space, pressing, close passing lanes with good communication.
