yellow team to defend first;

The other two groups, red and blue, are responsible for keeping possession among the 2 groups;

If the defending team (yellow) wins the ball, the team who made a mistake becomes the defending team;

if the ball goes out of the grid this is considered a loss of possession by that group, and that group should become defense.

Progressions:

Adjust size of grid make it smaller or bigger depend how well the player do

Rotate the defenders every 2-3 minutes rather than automatically switching after loss of possession;

Restrict the number of touches per player;

Switch between good foot and bad foot with every pass.

Coaching Points:

Good first touch;

Angles of support;

Good weighted and accurate passes.
