Striker(black) in space between the 3 defenders(cones)

Passer (blue) passes to Black who passes back, who will then pass between the other two defenders for black to run onto and shoot.

Black retrieves ball and goes to passer line

Blue becomes Striker

Points to note: Black does not go ahead of defenders until ball is played to stay onside.

Minimum touches

Weight of pass (not too heavy so goes through to goal keeper
