Player 1 throws ball to player 2, while player 3 runs into try and win the header putting pressure on player 2.
Players to alternate thier roles to give everyone a chance
Players to continue to practice defensive & attacking headers while under pressure
Progressions:
Player 3 to move closer to player 2 before running in
Player 2 to head the ball beyond player 1 with either an attacking or defensive header
Regressions:
Player 3 to move futher away from player 2. Allowing player 2 more time to head the ball without pressure

The shaded area's in the corners are there for the ball to be played into and crossed unopposed. This is to help apply the the drills from before. Defending & Attacking crosses in a game situation.
