Partner Balance Work-
Balance Push Game- Players will be on one foot they will try to knock there partner off balance by pushing them. If you fall three times you lose and do 5 push ups. You will switch legs and do both legs twiceBalance and throw- One partner will have the ball in his hand and the other will be on one foot, they will both throw a chest throw past to each other. The player balancing will get 10 throws and switch feet. Then switch partners.Balance and throw in- Same set up but passes will be throw ins from both people. The partner on two feet must do a proper throw in. The person balancing on one leg will do the arm technique correctly. Each player will get 10 throws on each foot
Balance and Jump- Same set up but player who is not balancing will throw the ball in the air to the player that is balancing he will jump catch it and land on the same foot 10 times. He will switch legs then the other partner will work
