Distance Netball (35 mins)

Netball game with a compulsory rule, the facilitator will ask participants to maintain 3 feet distance (one of the netball rules) from each-other. (This session we can deliver if the group already have a awareness about covid-19)

Rules:

Netball game start with 3 basic rules: 1) don't cross your area

2)No Body Contact other participants and play in your position area

3) Don't run with the ball.

Sample Discussion Questions:

- How did you feel?

- What was happing in the game?

- Nowadays worldwide why are we keeping a distance from other people?

progression: Ask participants to share how can we maintain the distance so that the virus does not spread. ask them to choose one or two of them and put in the netball match.

After adding the rule game will start again.

- Were you able to make the distance from the other players?

-Yes why/how, No-Why, how

-What do you think about social distancing, how we can support each other to maintain that.
