Organization: outer square 20 x 20 and inner square 10 x 10, 8 players on each cone, extra players double up on the outside cones
Instruction:
- Play starts with ball w/ player A who passes to B, B passes to C, then C passes to D and continues sequence all the way around. Players follow their pass.
Progression: two balls going at once

- Good passing technique, trapping, first touch, one-touch passes

Organization: two channels 30 x 10, divide players up accordingly, play 4v4 +1 neutral
Instruction (4 v 4 + 1):
- Play 4 v 4 +1, 5 consecutive passes before trying to score on either goals on the end line (1 point per goal)
- Progression - Stop ball on end line between goals for 5 points
Coaching Points:
- Head up, speed of play, good technique on ball, change of direction

Warm-up: Coerver (20 mins)
Warm-up:
1. Line running warm-up w/ dynamic stretches, Crazy 8 (5 minutes), Push-ups (30 sec), sit-ups, squats (1 minute intervals, 3 times)
2. Divide players on the corners, sprint the side-line, jog the end-line, 2 - 4 laps around
Technical Warm-up:
1. 1st player starts dribbling to opposite cone, leaves ball
2. Remaining players form a line in the middle of the cones, 2nd player goes to cone where ball was left and dribbles to opposite cone and leaves ball at cone
3. At the end of grid, player runs through the middle and gets back in line - players in grid need to work on ball with head up
