Organization:
8 cones, 3 lines, 1 target zone
Instructions:
Passing player and middle player try to get ball to end player, once this happens target player and end player must dribble ball past the middle line and then into the target zone. If defenders win it they are trying to find their target player who is now the passing player.
Coaching Points:
1. Prevent penetration
2. intercept/prevent turn
3. Transition when ball is passed for double team
4. Curve run to make play predictable

Organization:
2 channels, a main attacking zone, 5 attackers, 5 defenders and a GK
Instructions:
The 3 attacking players play in the furthest channel from the goal, in front of them is the 3 defenders (both sets of players must stay in their zone) who are trying to stop the ball getting into the 2 centre forwards. If the ball gets past the defending channel then 1 attacker and 1 defender may enter to create a 3 vs 3.
Coaching Points:
1. Front 3 - Pressure , cover, balance
2. Back 2 - Stop penetration, prevent turn
3. Recovery run (curved) to make play predictable and create double team
