Coaching Points:
Increase blood flow.
Increase players mobility and co-ordination.
Get players focused for the session or game ahead.
Organisation;
12-18 players
Players work in pairs with jogging down one side of cones and up back other side.
Players will only work on the way out and recover on the way back.
Demonstrates simple and then more complex mobility and co-ordinate the activities for the players to preform.

Tempo of the activity, slow to fast.

Range of movement.
Maintain good mechanics - on the balls of feet, arm & leg actions.
Notes;
Players should be paired off and each pair should start exercises together.
To introduce dynamic movement - slow down the tempo.
Then increase tempo after dynamic stretching.
